2018 Ford Ranger Long Term review

4x4 Australia recently reviewed the 2018 Ford Ranger XLS, loaded with Ironman 4x4 upgrades. Including Ironman 4x4 fitted a full suspension kit, including its Foam Cell Pro shocks and new forged alloy UCAs, plus a long-range fuel tank for added touring capacity.
